Portland home prices hit post-recession low
Portland area home prices hit a new post-recession low in March, but the dismal numbers are likely temporary.
Local home prices fell 2.8 percent in March compared to a year ago. Nationwide, prices fell an average of 2.6 percent in 20 cities tracked by the S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Indices, released Tuesday.
